Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are completely satisfied with your MOKŪ purchase, but we understand that you may need to return or exchange your product. All of our MOKŪ products purchased either from an authorized retail location or from our online store are eligible for return or exchange. Returned products must be in brand new condition with the original packaging and proof of purchase. A legible proof of purchase and the original packaging are required for return/exchange. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original retail purchase date or must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to the customer.

If the MOKŪ product was purchased from an authorized MOKŪ retail location, returns or exchanges must be handled through the retail location where the product was purchased. If the product was purchased through the MOKŪ website, the consumer must submit the return or exchange by using our online form. If exchanging through our online form, your new exchange will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receiving the request, or you may be issued a refund and receive an email confirming your refund within that time period. Products will be shipped via the USPS Economy service. MOKŪ is not responsible for lost packages. We encourage customers to use a traceable method or purchase insurance when sending any return products. And there are no refunds on shipping costs.


Sometimes things just don’t work out. And we totally understand. So if you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you’ve got 90 days to return it for either a full refund or an exchange.

Replacements & Exchanges:

The sad truth is that occasionally sunglasses break. So if you break or damage your purchased sunglasses within 12 months of date of purchase, our replacement discount is available. This replacement discount is 50% of the retail price paid at the time of purchase for the damaged sunglasses towards the purchase of the new replacement pair. Your damaged sunglasses must be returned with proof of purchase to us within 12 months of the purchase – does not apply to loss or theft. You can take advantage of this once in a 12 month period.

If your sunglasses are defective within 24 months of purchase, we’ll replace them or refund your purchase. If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for us to have an assessment of the sunglasses to determine if you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase and original packaging must be presented.

Forms of acceptable “Proof of Purchase” include either the order number or a clear picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible and legible date of purchase and the retailer’s name.
